She was predeceased by: her son Keith D. Bell; her parents, Frank X. Fessler and Ella M. Fessler (Ruthenberg); and her brother Frank F. Fessler. She is survived by: her husband Harry D. Bell Jr.; her children, Michael F. Bell (Lori), Mark S. Bell (Kathy) and Michelle M. Bell; and her daughter-in-law Patty Bell (Kelly). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
