He is survived by: his wife Jan Lavender; his children, Becki Mayse (David) and Doug Lavender (Theresa); his grandchildren, Dylan, Braden Matson, Lauren and Colton Lavender; his sisters, Linda Parsons and Mary Pickens; and his close friend Clifford Zent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
