He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Williams and Lillie Harris Williams Dyke; and his siblings, Ray, Elbert, James, Ronnie and Mable Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Mickey C. Williams (Amy Satterfield) of Pomeroy, OH, Mac Williams of Gallipolis Ferry, WV and Shari Williams of Birmingham, AL; his stepdaughter Terri Fearnow of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Lee Williams (Marsha) of Belpre, OH and Brandon Williams (Michelle) of Gallipolis, OH.; his great grandchildren, Skye Williams and Sutton Williams; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Breanna Vance, Christopher Vance and Levi Mackey; and his sister Judy Caruthers (Bob) of Middleport, OH.
