We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 81, Mary Janice Lavender of Syracuse, Ohio, born in Waynesburg, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Janice Lavender to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Cundiff and Rachel Cundiff (McKinney); her husband Ralph Lavender; her brothers, Bud Cundiff, Jim Cundiff and Will Cundiff; and her grandchildren, Stuart and Jaden Matson.
She is survived by: her children, Becki Mayse (David) and Doug Lavender (Theresa); her grandchildren, Dylan, Braden Matson, Lauren Crum (Troy) and Colton Lavender; her brother Sherm Cundiff (Mickey) of Florida; and her close friends, Marshall Jarrell, Jeremy Nelson and Cliff Zent. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Jan would like for everyone to go to church on Sunday in her memory or donations may be made to the Syracuse Mission or the New Hope Nazarene Church in Middleport.
