He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert N. Clark and Lola E. Clark (Gilkey); and his brother Mickey Clark. He is survived by: his children, Tamra Baxter Jr. (John) and Chillicothe; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Steven Baxter, Sieanna Ohlinger, McKenzie and Reanna Barker.
