He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Deem; his great-grandparents, Edward, Gladys Deem, Lilly Smith, Davey, Adalene Maxwell, Everett and Kathleen Lewis; and his uncle Everett Lewis.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Deem and Phyllis Deem (Lewis); his sister Ashley Deem; his grandparents, John, Rose Ash, Raymond and Shirley Lewis; his significant other Tracy Herdman; and his aunts and uncles, Vicky Deem, Sandy Philson (Erich), Charles "Ray" Deem, Heather Vanater (Rex) and Gary Lewis. He is also survived by numerous cousins and special friends.
