She was predeceased by: her parents, James Billings and Dorothy Billings (Miller); her husband Frank Kocinski; her brothers, James and Richard Billings; and her children-in-law, Lucinda Kocinski and Adam Milton.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Fish (James), Rebecca Milton, Frank E. II (Cheryl), Jeffery (Karen) and Michael Kocinski (Kathy); and her sisters, Vera Jean Sliwinski and Louise Laughlin. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-greatgrandchildren.
