She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hogan and Ida Hogan (Sawyer); her husband Joseph E. Williams Sr.; her daughter Elizabeth Moore; her grandson Jack A. Moore; and her brothers, Dorr Hogan, Everett Hogan (Grace) and William.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Wilma's name to Ohio SPCA P.O. Box 546, Grove City, OH 43123 or a charity of the donor's choice.
