He was predeceased by: his children, Darby, Doug and Kerry; his parents, William Ulmer and Eleanor Ulmer; his grandchildren, Ben and Wendy Ulmer; his siblings, June Bostleman and Mary Lou Marion; and also, Charles and Josephine Wurzell.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Bill (Mary), Michelle Deeter, Sean (Edward Stinson), Mike (Katie) and Amy Bonfiglio (Greg); his daughter-in-law Martha Ulmer; his grandchildren, Nick Ulmer (Jen), David, Mark Deeter (Josue Diaz), Josh, Chelsea (Dustin Vannoy), Hayley Ulmer, Nicholas and Eleanora Bonfiglio; his great grandchildren, Emily Jane, Riley Ulmer, Russell and Kennedy Vannoy; his siblings, Suzanne Kirby, Bonnie Dale (Jim), Kathy Radde (Rick) and John Ulmer; and also Kerry.
Bill was always very generous with charity work; both in time and donations.
