He was predeceased by: his parents, William Greer Jr. and Carolyn Post (Cogan); and his sisters, Virginia Buttel (Curtis) and Marjorie Donahue (Damon). He is survived by: his wife Linda Post (Mason); and his children, Nathan, Megan and Jennifer Post.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.
