It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Crooks of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claude Crooks and Pauline Crooks; his children, Catherine Cook (Thomas), Pamela Rife (Gale), Michael (Sue) and John; his siblings, James (Betty), Delores Decker, Dora and Reginald (Vera); and his brother-in-law Gerald Decker. He was also cherished by (Nan), and David (Liza) Crooks; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania.
