He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Operacz and Agnes M. Operacz (Tarka); his wife Anna Bailey Operacz; and his brother James W. Operacz. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Jenny), Daniel, Brian (Peggy) and Andrew Scott Operacz; his grandchildren, Sara, Jeremiah, Corrine, Emma, Ethan, Gabriella, Tatum and Quinn Operacz; and his great grandchild Blade.
