He is survived by: his wife Shari; his daughters, Amy Levine of Sylvania, OH, Christie Westenkirchner (Ken) of Holland, OH, Rebecca Grigsby (Justin) of Tallmadge, OH and Danielle Brown (Kevin) of Toledo, OH; and his sisters, Lori Redman, Tammy Plautz and Cathy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
