He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Shondell and Katherine Shondell (Haupricht). He is survived by: his wife Diane Shondell (Shultz); his children, Carrie Collins (Robert) and Curt Shondell (Bethany); and his grandchildren, Braden, Madison Collins, Kamdyn, Laney and Finley Shondell.
