He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his daughter Samantha; his brothers, Todd O'Leary (Angie) and Andrew O'Leary (Ellissa); his parents-in-law, David, Linda Szych, Marlene Szych, Darren Szych (Tiffany), Nathan Ibarra (Celissa) and Jacob Ibarra (Kennedy); his nieces and nephews, Kylie (Cole), Ava, Violet, Bennett, Evan, Owen, Connor, Pierson, Marissa and Amyah; his great-niece Kinzley; and his daughter Sami.
