He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Kujawa Jr. (Kleparek); his friend Toledo Tool; his brothers, Anthony Kujawa III (Juliann) and David Kujawa (Traci); his nieces, Frances Brink (Nate) and Laura Yaghnam (Husein); and his nephew Adam Kujawa (Bianca).
