It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Paul Hafner (Sylvania, Ohio), who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hafner and Mary Hafner (Beno); and his brothers, Charles and Lawrence. He is survived by: his children, Lauren, Ella Hafner, Nicholas, Alex, Ryan and Logan Hafner; his siblings, Theresa Burgin (Brian), Mary Pederi (Mike), Daniel (Beth), James, William (Karen), Theodore (Pam), Joseph (Sue), John (Michelle), Raymond (Patti) and Carl Hafner (Jody); and his friends, Lori and Heather.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer memorials in Tom's memory are asked to consider tributes to the American Heart Association.
