He is survived by: his wife Pam Dickens; his sister Carol Mueller (Ed); and his children, Laurie Shaw (Bill), Lynn Dickens (Earl Jenkins), Lisa Heinlin (Brian), Deb Dickens (Jake Gentry) and Billy Dickens (Shannon).
Memorial contributions can be made to the Cherry Street Mission or the St. Jude Hospital, both of which were important ministries to Tom.
