He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Allison Madyda (Christopher) and Jessica Curtis (Robert); his grandchildren, Samantha, Abigail Madyda, Mia and Grant Curtis; and his siblings, Diane Weinman (Dennis), Elizabeth Jagos (Mark) and Todd Brighton. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
