He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carl and Carol Carl; and his sister Elizabeth Carl. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Carl (Rodriguez); his children, Carrie A. Long (Rick), Nicholas Carl (Amanda) and Jacob Carl (Lauren); and his sister Kathryn Blaylock.
