She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Czubachowski and Dorothy Czubachowski (Adamski); her brother Thomas Czubachowski; and her great-niece Erin Schisler. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Czubachowski; her nephew Jason Czubachowski; her niece Stacy Schisler (Jonathan); her great-nephews, Mason, Hunter Czubachowski, Matthew and Cole Schisler; and her aunts, Ruth Adamski and Lucille Adamski.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home - Northpointe (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (6149 Hill Ave, Toledo, OH 43615).
