She is survived by: her spouse John Appling; her children, Kathy Bella, Bonnie Gustavson (Robert), Byron Appling (Ann) and Debbie Welch (Mike Schrader); her grandchildren, Cindy Cumming (Ryan), Julie Ritter (Mike), Jeff Bella (Holly), Karen French (Brian), Carrie Mickey (Aaron), Bruce Appling (Gloria), Kevin Welch (Brittany) and Ryan Welch (Sarah); her children, Jach, Emily, Kendall, Abel, Neil, Grace, Jon, Karis, Brynn, Devri, Alex, Sienna, Cora, Brady, Jasah and Ruby; and her granddaughter Tammy Lynn Bella.
