It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Biler (Sylvania, Ohio), who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Miller and Bernice Miller (Altman); her husband Robert Biler (Captain Bob); her children, Tammy Skrepenski and Andrew John Nelson; and her siblings, Margie Cowell, Irene Capron, Jean Cowell, Hazel Schoenegge, Lester and Daniel Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Moran (Tim), Judy Surdell (Mark) and Richard Nelson. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren.
