He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clark Dague and Mildred Marian Dague (Baker); and his sisters, Mildred "Midge" Cook and Marian. He is survived by: his wife Diana Double; his daughters, Sara Shull (Kevin) and Emme Amble (Chad); and his friend Rosemary Sass. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Baldrick's Foundation, a wonderful organization which has raised millions of research dollars to help fight childhood cancer.
