He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bachar and Helen Bachar (Horvath); and his sister Theresa Quniones. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth MacDonald and Steven Bachar; his girlfriend Jane Sullivan; his girlfriend's sons, William (Elizabeth) and John; his children, Kevin (Joy), Jason (Cindy), Brenda Bal (James) and Eric (Michelle); and the mother of his children Barbara. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
