He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Fowler and Lilly Fowler (Pfeifer); his wife Beverly Fowler (Phillips); his daughters, Valerie Smith and Pamela Fowler; his sister Norma Beadle; and his great grandchild Collin Fowler.
He is survived by: his son James; and his brothers, Michael, Leslee and Randy Fowler (Vicki). He is also survived by his care giver, and Randy Fowler; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
