He is survived by: his wife Bonnetta Rose Becker; his children, Herman Edwin Becker (Yun Ling), Toni Kay Becker (Debra Magill) of Livonia, MI and Donna Kathleen Collett of Westland, MI; his grandchildren, Kaytlynn Collett, Josef Renault Becker and Rosemarie Kathleen Becker; and his sister Sandra Greaser (Ron).
