Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rachel Jacqueline Green of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 96, on December 30, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Barret and Florence Barret (Woodison); her sisters, Lois Traverse and Naomi "Toni" Wright; and her daughter Diane Ball.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Colleen Leddy), Daniel (Liz Rambus) and Thomas (Ginny Gadbois Green); her son-in-law Richard Ball; her grandchildren, Lisa Schmid (Travis), Megan Murphy (Seth), Janell Troutman (Paul), Benjamin Green (Sarah), Rosanna Ballinger (Taylor), Madelyn Green (Travis Heeren), Erin Green (Jack McFarland) and Kerry Green (Mart Viirand); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Elizabeth Ballinger, Ryland, Holden, Barret Green and Evelyn Murphy; and her sister Joan Neuwirth. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
No funeral services are planned during the pandemic.
Memorial donations are suggested to Stair District Library or Morenci's First Congregational Church.
