He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Tyler Tackett, Mallory Tackett (Joseph Harris), Lauren O'Hare (Lexi) and Trevor O'Hare; his sisters, Kristi Schultheis and Tonja Morgan (Dave); and his nieces and nephews, Chase, Ava and Pete.
