Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Philip Kenneth Hill of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 81, on June 12, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hill and Jean Hill (Masters); and his brothers, Gary and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his daughters, Jana Davis Hill and Nicole Jean Rooney Hill (Matt); his stepsons, Andrew and Alexander Neeb (Kim); and his pet Rusty. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the Helping Hands of St. Louis in Phil's memory.
