He was predeceased by: his son David Lee Allen; his parents, Patrick Sr. and Goldie Allen; his siblings, Howard Allen (Thelma), Viola Cornell (Frank), Julia Sundell (Arvid) and Alma King (Jack); and his granddaughter Christy Allen.
He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis; his sister Helen Menter (Edward); and his children, Douglas Allen (Mary Ann) of Patrick, Beverly Mocniak (Frank), Terry Allen (June) and Brenda Allen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
