It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann (Schultz) Barnes (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Napoleon, Ohio, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Schultz and Blanche Schultz (Fries); and her husband Roger Barnes. She is survived by: her sons, David Barnes (Karen), Brian Barnes and Jeff Barnes (Annette); her grandchildren, Sarah Orem (Chris), Annie, Nicole, Hannah, Alex, Jake and Joseph Barnes; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Isaac Orem.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Olivet Lutheran Church.
