She is survived by: her mother Shirley Feckley Walters; her pet Peanut; her husband Steve Bertok Jr.; her close friend John Jensen; her stepfather Charles Walters (Cork) of Northwood, OH.; her children, Sarah Danhauer (Joe) of Nashport, OH, Jack Bertok of Atlanta, GA and Jami Underwood (Jared) of Bluffton, OH.; her grandchildren, Brent, Justin Danhauer, Hadley and Brynlee Underwood; her sister Jackie Tank (Dan) of Columbus, OH; her stepsister Tammy Tapley (Bill) of Pemberville, OH.; and her nieces and nephews, Jake Tapley (Sarah), Kirk Tank (Brittany), Kelsey Scheanwald (Alan) and Kayla Tank.
