It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Starkey (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Wiener and Ruby Wiener (Steinwand); her husband Arnold; and her son-in-law David Urbanowicz. She is survived by: her children, Melenie Spengler, Sue Urbanowicz and Michael Starkey (Vanessa); and her brother William Wiener (Connie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
