Bush; her daughters, Julie Jacobson (Wendell), Kathy Clift (Rick) and Susan Jones (Lee Evans); her grandchildren, Erin, Rachel Jacobson, Lindsay Sharma (Virender) and Evan Jones; her stepson John Bush; her stepgrandchildren, Robert, Carolynn, Kathleen, Steven and Judy; her great grandchild Kai; and her pet Sarah. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
