It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Dvorsky (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Evarts, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Z. and Kelly of Florida; her son Ronald Tollison; her former husband Arvel Tollison; and her husband Henry Dvorsky.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Tami Matthews (Joe); her great grandchildren, Nicole Matthews, A. J. Matthews (Angelina), Kaylyn Matthews and Zachary Matthews; and her great great grandchildren, Zofia, Helena Matthews-Derrer and Anthony Matthews.
