He was predeceased by: his father Clement Michalak. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Waterfield; his stepchildren, Rick Wyatt (Lisa) and Michelle Chevalier (Dustin); his grandchildren, Monica Allen, Brittany Mitchell (Colin), Jessica Conrad, Trevor Wyatt, Chloe' Ehlert (Jake) and Tyler Conrad; and his great grandchildren, Shay Greathouse, Kinsley Nichols and Jai'Ceonna Allen.

Those wishing to donate in Michael's memory are asked to donate to the charity of the donor's choice.
