We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Mel A. Peter of Sylvania, Ohio, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Melvin V. Peter and Peggy S. Peter (Thompson) of Bryan; his sister Julie Bills (William) of Lansing, Michigan; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Bills, Susan Shadley, Erin Bills, Caleb Bills and Nathanael Bills.
Memorials in honor of Mel may be made to the American Heart Association.
