She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Fonseca Lopez and El Charro; her husband Domingo Serna; and her sisters, Virginia Lopez, Celestino Lopez, Jesse F. Lopez, Juventino Lopez, Jr., Erlinda Ramos and Eloisa Alvarado.
She is survived by: her children, Domingo "Sonny" Serna, Jr., Verna Grocki (Dale) of Lake Seneca and Gina Lee Serna; her grandchildren, Austin James Serna and Lucia Maria Serna; her siblings, John Lopez, Millie Cook and Magarita Barrett (Larry); and her siblings-in-law, Obdulia Irwin (Phil), Bill Serna (Janice), Robert Serna (Sally Harms), Moises Serna (Karen) and David Serna (Deb). She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
