She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Isabelle Smith (Schmidt); her daughter Monica Ressler; her son-in-law Matthew Dickendasher; and her siblings, Marie Parker, Helen Parker Smith, Loretta Smith Crown, Harold, Robert, Kenneth and Lawrence Smith.
She is survived by: her uncle Leo; her husband Eugene "Gene" Hoffmann; her children, Steven Hoffmann (Lisa), Elaine Dickendasher, Ralph Hoffmann (Amy) and Benjamin Hoffmann (Kelli); her grandchildren, Lindsey, John, Paul, Chris, Matthew, Jacob, Brandon, Lauren and Andrew; her great grandchild Abigail; her sister Catherine Smith Bell; and her son-in-law Tyler Ressler.
Its only fitting that those wishing to offer memorials, in lieu of flowers, please consider the Toledo Humane Society.
