He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cooper and Mary Elizabeth Harris; his wife Edna; his sons, James Harold Harris and Ted J. Harris; and his sister Mary Joyce DeWalt.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Marilyn Harris; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Sherry), James (Melanie), Corey Harris (Keri) and Holly Chapp (Jon). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
