It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Forgach (Sylvania, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Forgach and Lynn Forgach (Jarus); his wife Julie Forgach (Smolen); his children, Molly, Heidi, Mara and Colin; his brothers, Jeff (Lauren) and Brian (Erin); and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Benjamin, Charlotte and Kyle.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions to the educational fund benefiting Molly, Heidi, Mara, and Colin as each develop skills in a way that will carry on their dad's legacy by helping others and paying it forward.
