She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Marylin "Bozo" Betty Smotherman (Stone). She is survived by: her daughter Vickie "Sammie"; her husband Melvin "Smuzz" Smotherman; her grandchildren, Melissa (Adam), Rachal, Aislynn (James), Clint, Susannah, Chad, Brendon (Ellena), Justin and Carl; and her great grandchildren, Roy, Austin, Athena, Madalyne (Meshach), Lucas, Jamison, James, Hannah, Victoria, Evelyn, Mila and Bennett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Special Olympics of North West Ohio.
