She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cole and Clara Cole (Bertram); her husband Carmen "Jerry" Izzi; her siblings, Nedra Swope, Wanda Anaya, Sharon Sandy, Theresa Brewer, Jack Cole, Jay Cole and Richard "Butch" Cole; and her son-in-law Tony Burnett, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Burnett, Lydia Lindsey and Lyle Scott, Jr. (Beverly); her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Cole and Loretta Scott; and her former husband Lyle Scott, Sr.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.
