He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kristine Kame (David) and James Czerniak (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Landon and Ainsley Kame; his children, Katelyn, Levi and Titus Czerniak; and his sisters, Sylvia Davis (Larry) and Lucia Hackney (Carl).
