He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Katterheinrich and Dale B. Katterheinrich; his wife Carol Bregar Katterheinrich; his children, Deborah Johnson and Dennis Katterheinrich; and his grandson Ricky Bearer.
He is survived by: his children, Nanette McClung and David Katterheinrich; his stepdaughter Tana Ohneck (Mark); and his granddaughters, Danielle Scott (Josh), Denise Maraugha (Mitch), Rebecca McClung, Courtney Apel (Lucas) and Alli Murphy (Ryan). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
