He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewallen (Howe); his significant other Jane Lewallen (Villarreal); his children, Heather Hawk (Ryan) and Jason Lewallen (Ashley); his siblings, Teresa (Mark Sodd), Anita Liggett (Nick) and Tom Schwirzinski (Pam); and his stepchildren, Jessica Conine and John Wilson (Karen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
