The memory of Karen Rose of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 25, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Timmons and Lara Timmons (McCullough); her siblings, David O. Timmons Sr. and Laurie A. Porus; her grandmother Edna Irene McCullough; and her nephew Nathaniel Timmons.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Bud" Rose; her children, Tim Gowing (Melissa), Joe Gowing (Tiffani), Laura Tate (Jason), Alexis Florence (James), Desera Rose Brown, Hallie Sattler (Donnie), Jen Rose (Matt Riley) and Donna Boyce; her brothers, George Timmons (Linda), Terry Timmons (Karen), Dale Timmons and Tom Timmons (Wendy); and her sister-in-law Penny Timmons. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania Chapel (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617).
