She is survived by: her children, Matt Melzak (Caitlyn), Jen Hazel (Keevan), Amanda Boeke (Gregg) and Mike Melzak (Jenny); her grandchildren, Noah, Logan, Fox, Sam, Fawn, Charlie, Kenlyn and Miles; and her sister Janet Caywood.
