He is survived by: his friends, Pat and Mike Fox; his wife Becky Petrusky (Bilek); his daughter Jennifer Haley (Petrusky); his son-in-law Adam Haley; his brother Richard Petrusky (Barb); his grandchildren, Sloane Haley, Jack Haley and Paige Haley; and his great grandchild James Petrusky.
A viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Sylvania Chapel (3655 King Rd, Toledo, Ohio 43617) on Monday, March 7th from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and a service will begin at 6:00 p.m.
